The Fraternal Beverage Company Logo was designed in a unique way. The logo is very compact and has a lot of information available just through the logo. The logo includes a handwritten pledge inside a scroll and very patriotic symbols such as the flags and the bald eagle. The design of this logo was to capture the viewers’ attention and get them interested from afar.
Puma Biotech is a group project from a design course in which we completely rebranded the company. The rebranding project included a new logo as well as multiple different stationeries, advertisements, and social media outlets for this company to consider.
Keep This For Me: Memories of the Last World War is a play at Radford University. My class was asked to design a poster for this play and this is my design. The poster was created in Adobe Photoshop to layout the design and Adobe Illustrator to create the vector graphics. The poster captures the feel of old world war propaganda posters while adding an artistic impression with vector.
Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland is a publication design project which included an entire book design. The cover design was an illustrative approach with hand drawn type and image. The interior of the book includes slanted text and a playful but slightly scary theme.
The Hyperion Logo was designed in an attempt to rebrand the company and give them a new look. Hyperion is a technology company and I wanted to give them a smooth, crisp, and modern feel for them to move into the future.
The Radford City Bike Path map design is a small handheld informative booklet for biker trails in Radford. This booklet includes a two page spread of an illustrated map of the Radford City Bike Path on the inside. The outside cover and back includes a captivating cover and an informative back.
Babe the Sheep Pig was a children’s play put on by the Radford University theatre department. My class was asked to design a poster for this play and this is my design. I approached this poster project much like a children’s book. I illustrated the poster with my tablet and finished it with scribbled text. My overall train of thought was to make this poster appeal to children to make them want to see this play.
The Cannabis Chronicles is a short version of a magazine that attempts to inform the readers about cannabis news. This magazine has news, stories, and special illustrations that would attract readers. The covers are designed to grab the reader’s eye from afar and drag them in with informative graphics and eye catching text.
Square Head Ed’s Eatery and Bar is a menu cover design for the restaurant. Using Adobe Illustrator to make the vector designs, I went for a fun and attractive menu cover.
The Radford Recreation and Wellness is a new gym at the Radford University campus. This logo is for the gym and attempts to show all aspects of the gym. Using Adobe Illustrator, I created eye catching graphics of college students doing various activities at the new gym.
Brash Entertainment is a retired company in which I redesigned their logo. I went with an illustrative approach using Adobe Illustrator to creative the text and the image. The text was formed using the Pen Tool in Illustrator.
Dive is a seafood restaurant that i designed a logo for advertising. The process included several sketches of thumbnails and roughs. I also created several different versions of the logo to give the client a larger variety of options.
